UBA JERSEY AND APPAREL FAQs

Who do I contact about my UBA Jersey or Apparel Order?
All inquiries and jersey changes must be submitted by using the UBA's Apparel Customer Service Form. You can find the form by visiting the following website. (https://www.ubaproshop.com/uba-apparel-customer-service/) You can send all associted files and or artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not except jersey or apparel questions or changes sent to us through Facebook by phone/voicemail, text messages or requests sent to the wrong email address. All questions and requests must be submitted using the Apparel Customer Service Form.
Can Sponsor logos be removed from my UBA Jersey?
You can have sponsor logos removed from your jersey but you must be very specific on which logos you need removed. You must also provide a reason for why the logos need to be removed and in some cases the UBA may require proof. The UBA is not responsible if you order a UBA jersey and the proper request to have sponsor logos removed was not received or forwared to us.
How long does it take for my UBA Jersey to print? Can I change my order?
Jerseys and apparel print within 48hrs of receipt. Once your jersey or apparel has printed changes cannot be made.
How long does it take for UBA Jersey or Apparel orders to arrive?
JERSEYS AND APPAREL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.
Can I order a jersey that has a vulgar, inappropriate or no nick name on the back?
Orders that have nick names that are missing or deemed inappropriate will be refunded. If you still need these jerseys they will have to be re-ordered with nick names or names that are not vulgar or offensive to others.
Can I use special letters or characters for my jersey nick name? Who is responsible for my jersey fonts? Can my jersey have the same name as someone else on my Team/Franchise?
By Default the UBA Jersey and apparel Company uses uppercase letters for every name. If lowercase letters are selected the jersey company will print your name exectly as it is submitted. Some fonts on jerseys don't have lowercase letters or symbols like $, #, @, etc. If your font does not have an @, for example, the jersey company will choose a different font and it most likely won't be something similar to the original. By ordering a UBA jersey you are acknowledging that you understand this. If you have any questions or you are not sure about the font that you selected please go to a website like www.dafont.com and make sure that your font has the characters that you are looking for and that all of your letters and characters meet your approval. The UBA is not responsible for letters or characters used on your jersey. The font that was used was approved by your Franchise Owner, Team President or an authorized team represenative. Again, by ordering a UBA jersey you are acknowledging that you understand this. Each name/nick name on a team's roster must be unique and it must match the name on the back of the bowlers jersey.
What happens if I discover a mistake on my jersey?
The jersey company has a 3 day correction policy. If you find that there is a problem with your UBA Jersey or Apparel (and the company is at fault) you have 3 days from the date of receipt to bring it to our attention. Also in some cases you may be required to send your jersey back so that the jersey company can correct any mistakes that have been made. Also, after you make your purchase it is your responsibility to check your PayPal receipt for any errors. The UBA is not responsible for any mistakes made when you place your order. You are responsible for checking your PayPal receipt and bringing any mistakes found to our attention immediately. The UBA also reserves the right to alter or change the name on the back of a Jersey if there is some sort of error and you have not brought this to our attention.
How are UBA Jerseys cut?
By default All UBA Jerseys are Mens cut unless you specify or request otherwise. All jersey changes and requests must be sent to us at email@example.com.
Where are UBA Jersey Orders shipped?
All jersey orders are shipped to your Credit or Debit Cards Billing Address. If your jersey is returned to us due to the credit card billing address being wrong then the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handeling fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that we have the correct shipping address at the time of your order. In some cases and for your initial jersey order your jerseys can be shipped to the address listed on your Franchise Registration form.
Are Jersey and Apparel orders created and shipped in the order they were received?
UBA Jerseys and Apparel are not created and shipped in the order they are received. If Jersey and Apparel orders are placed on the same day this does not mean they will get done at the same time. When orders come in they are received by different people. Depending upon that person's work load will dictate when each jersey and apparel order is processed, cut and put together.
Can I combine the shipping fees on Multiple UBA jersey and Apparel Orders?
The jersey company processes each order separately. Shipping fees cannot be combined on multiple orders. We strongly advise that you order everything that you need at the same time.
Can I order for Multiple Teams in the same jersey order?
No you can not mix differnt teams in the same jersey order. All teams are not done by the same companies. The UBA is not responsible if you mix teams in the same jersey order and your order does not come out correctly.
Can I check on an order that was placed by someone else?
As a policy we only give out jersey order information to the individuals that placed the jersey or apparel order. If someone ordered a jersey or UBA apparel for you and you would like to know the status of that order please have them contact us directly. They must have and send us a copy of the PayPal receipt for that order so we can look it up.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. If you do not have your UBA Jersey in hand you should not be scheduled to compete in any UBA matches or events. If you need your jersey by a specific date it is recommended that you purchase your jersey well in advance. The UBA is not responsible if your jersey is not here in time for an official UBA Match or Event. Jerseys are shipped to the delivery/Billing address noted in the customer order.
Do I receive a receipt or confirmation for my UBA Jersey or Apparel Order?
You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. This will serve as your receipt and your order confirmation. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
Do you accept eCheck payments?
Unfortunately we can no longer accept eCheck payments. Any order made with an eCheck will be returned immediately. All UBA Jersey and Apparel orders must be made with a Credit or Debit Card.
When will I receive my Tracking Information?
Shipping and tracking information is generated when your order ships. Not before. Shipping and tracking information is not automatically sent on all orders. If you have not received shipping or tracking information and it has been 30 business days since you placed your order then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If it's available this information will be sent to you ASAP.
Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?
The U.B.A. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise will be forwarded to our jersey manufacturer and their shipping carrier. We strongly advise that you purchase shipping insurance if you feel you need it. Please contact us if you decide to insure your package. If a package is returned or rejected, you will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
Picking up Large Jersey or Apparel Orders.
Large jersey orders may have to be picked up from your local Post Office or Shipping Carrier. If you are placing a large order and would like to pick it up from your local Post Office or Shipping Carrier please send this request to email@example.com. By placing your order you are acknowledging and you understand that the UBA may require you to pick up your order from your local Post Office or Shipping Carrier.
ALL UBA CUSTOM JERSEY AND APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFIYING AND DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CORRECT. ONCE YOUR JERSEY OR APPAREL IS ORDERED AND PRINTED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL JERSEY SIZES ARE BASED ON THE SIZE CHART BELOW. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR JERSEY SIZE USING THE CHART BELOW BECAUSE ONCE YOUR JERSEY IS PRINTED ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SPECIAL REQUESTS MADE IN THE PAYPAL COMMENTS SECTION ARE NOT SEEN BY THE UBA OR THE JERSEY AND APPAREL COMPANY. ALL JERSEY AND APPAREL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AT 8:00AM AND 1:00PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

All Independent U.B.A. Bowlers may purchase their Conference jersey after they have completed their online registration and paid all associated fees.
